A graduate of Sheffield Hallam University, it was here that Alex's passion for photography grew out of the necessity to find a release from the relentless poring over books, scientific papers and journal articles. Diving into the world of portraits, landscapes, wildlife and events; this escapism led Alex to experiment with photographic techniques from studio lighting to location shooting in foul weather, and also to learn the craft of digital image manipulation. Now, he offers his services to others that seek to find something out of the ordinary in the form of small, friendly, sensibly priced and custom tailored photo shoots for family, friends, groups and individuals and also providing services such as digital surgery, 5-minute photo makeovers and studio-in-your-home.
